Do you have a program installed for the router? Like linksys easylink advisor?

try opening your browser, and typing in this:

    168.192.1.1

That should bring you to your router settings... you ought to be able to do whatever you need to in there.

If you lost your password to your router...just reset it...and then the password is usually
    Username
    Admin
    and then no password or
Admin and admin is the password
There will be a reset button somewhere on it....

    It is 192.168.1.1

Linksys tends to use admin and admin as the default password to access the router settings.
Should be able to find the network key (likely WEP for home) under the wireless tab.

It is also possible the user name is blank (literally, no user name), and the password is admin
