Computer graphics card help please

I installed an nvidia graphics card and turned off the on-board graphics, i restarted the computer and it goes to a black screen with the little blinking cursor, it doesnt even get to wear the Windows logo shows up.

The only way i can get on is to go to the boot menu and select the hard drive or whatever, then it lets me. But since i have to do it this way to get on my Firefox browser wont work and stuff like that.

Ok now the question: how do i get the onboard graphics back since i turned them off and they dont exist?

If you can get to the BIOS, you can reset everything. If not, reset the CMOS on the MoBo.
