No Blu-Ray? Is it eventually going to be released in Blu-Ray, or just DVD? After watching movies in HD, plain DVD looks downright blurry.

again if you proceed with this course of action. I for one thought the movie was great.

Bought the special metal case copy from FYE yesterday, watched it last night. Seems like they brightened up a bunch of scenes for the dvd. I was able to make out details that I completely missed in the theaters.

Yeah a lot of people hated that movie. I did have to turn away a few scenes 'cause it made me dizzy, but I liked it a lot as a whole. I think it's one of those love it or hate it movies.

like nobody in NY has a gun or permit to carry? if an alien attacked in the US, doom on that poor thing. That's a good opportunity for trigger time.

Plus the whole "shaky" video thing. It was realistic, but very dizzying. (if that's a word)

True.. but I do wish they would have cut back on the shaking just a tad so I didn't have to look away from being so dizzy.

Not necessarily in the parts where they wanted you to not know exactly what the hell was going on.. but in other parts. And I don't mean they should have taken it out completely, just turned it down a notch.

I missed a lot of that movie thanks to that.

i'm assuming it came from teh ocean... it would have to live deep in there also so silly little nahd gunds and rifles wouldn't even scratch the skin... large explosives still had no effect on it... if something like taht attacked people would hike up thier skirts and run... hell i'd run to...

the second is a definite... i'd assume the creature was from the sea... others say from space... but i doubt it...

not a nuke but not regular bombs... at eh very end of clover field you hear

that...

plus a nuke would have obliterated the camera... if it was on film the flash from the nuke would hae destroyed the film... it was electronical the EMP would have destroyed every elictrical part in the camera...
