    Thanks, I am glad it will be over. The last 7 months have been stressful, lots of headaches and issues. But the house turned out fn nice.

    Eh, I don't mind being in my 30s and getting my first house. Workwise, the timing is perfect for me. I could not have moved around for work like I have the past 10 years if I had had a house. In a few more months, I will move up the ladder at work and the moving around will pay off. I am also too picky to move into a house that had previously been lived in and needs fixing up.
