As much as I love Chuck, I'm going with no.

    Bruce has that title. Period.

Jet Li. Actual tibetan monk. While he was filming the movie "Fearless", which I consider to be the best martial arts movie of all time, the producers asked him to slow down, because they could not capture his movements on film. You might also consier the father of Five Animal Kung Fu. This is what Bruce Lee first trained in before developing his own style, 9 special fists. I trained in 5 animal Kung Fu. It combines two forms of Kung Fu. The northern and southern Shaolin styles. The two styles were split when the Mongols invaded China. The two styles matured seperatly and later combined. You can see 5 animal protrayed perfectly in the movie Fearless.

Bruce Lee has achieved levels that you can't even compete with... Is he the best? I don't know... The best is most likely someone that has a name that will never be known... Probably someone who spends their whole life training in a temple... Chuck Norris is not even close to the best... He is over rated even in his prime...

One of, yes. But not the best. Just ask his chest hair about Bruce Lee.

The same with Bruce Lee. They had to slow down the FPS during production for most of his films, because the speed of his movements were simply unnatural. He's also credited with being the father of modern MMA.

I did not know that obviously. Entirely believable. To the OP, I stand by what I posted earlier. As a promoter, he is top five of all time. As far as skill level goes, He may be top ten. But, that is simply going by the actor class. Of the movie actors, there are many that rank above him. IMO, of course. I wonder if Steven Segall is what he claims to be in the movies or not?

Gonna go with Chuck myself. Bruce founded Jeet Kune Do yes but he never really competed. Chuck retired with a 65-5 record. There's many more reasons I base my opinion on but that's just it. My opinion.
