What are some of the cool things you got?


My favorite this year actually came on Christmas eve.! My wife gets a phone call.


Man: HOHOHO MERRY CHRISTMAS EXPECT A PACKAGE ON YOUR PORCH TONIGHT

wife: Who is this?

man: Santa !

wife: BS who is this

man: I am Santa

The wife then hangs up and tells me nothing about the call or anything so around 11:30 PM I get a phone call from a neighbor saying there is a huge package on my front porch. so I run out there grab it and bring it back to the bedroom wher the wife tells me the story. There was a letter on the front that was printed out basicly saying that the gift inside will allow me to hunt again seeing that I haven't been able to since moving to jersey and that "santa" will be expecting some back strap and a bass ale on Christmas eve next year.

well I rip into it and low and behold there is a used browning bow set up with tru glo sites,a release,4 arrows and a quiver.

Wife: who sent that?

Me: I have no idea!

Wife: do you think it might be that woman that brought you the venison?

Me: don't think so,do you still have the phone number?

At this point I looked up the number to see it was a PA number so thought it wasn't her. Of course my mind is going 100mph trying to figure out who sent it. then it dawned on me the womans dad lives in PA. Christmas morning I call her up and finally get her to admit she done it and thanked her,she said there was no need to thank her that she knows how hard it is out there and she has the means to help those less fortionate. She also invited me to go hunting with her.

Yes she is pretty , no I am not hitting it nor will I hit it.

The in laws got me big buck hunter pro for the wii to which I woke up at 5 am sun morning to gunfire and went in the living room to see my son giveing deer hell ! does a daddy's heart good.

He got 7 or 8 huge lego sets including the star wars AT-AT which was a pain to put together but I enjoyed it


It was a fun day indeed,and a blessed one knowing that there are people out there that still care!

I got windows 7, watch, some gift cards, cologne, a few lotto scratch off(no big winners) sonicare toothbrush not really sure why I was given this but its actually an amazing toothbrush. My teeth never felt cleaner. Over all it was a good Christmas, got the two things I really wanted, windows 7 and a watch so I can't complain.
