That's sorta like a "non-answer"...

I have my "thin crust" pizza made with Gorgonzola. I also like Gorgonzola "as is". In fact, I'm chowing down on some slices now...

Most pizza is made with provolone...

I've tasted quite a bit of cheese in my day and while I cannot pick a favorite.....I would say muenster cheese (good quality) is the best I've ever had.....maybe! Its so tough to say whats the best when cheese is damn near god! Go with a good deli cut of muenster and you won't be disappointed. Whoever said Pizza.......Shoot yourself in the face

Yes well not all of us live surrounded by fresh cheese. Some of us have to live in civilization you know...

I've been on a Havarti kick for about 2 years now. Last Tuesday I shredded some and melted it in an omelette....that sh1t flows like warm honey.

Soooooo good melted on nacho chips too.
