I am going to take a wild guess on this and say it has a carbed motor.
If it was carbed wouldnt a turbo be kinda useless?

Are you so young you don't remember the 1981 Turbo TransAm?

I'll bet this is a GM Quadrajet turbo set up right off the Trans Am line installed on the 350 Chev as opposed to the lame 301 Pontiac engine that came in the Turbo TA.

Turbo carbs are very easy; jack up the fuel pressure in relation to the amount of boost. The carb has no idea whats happening, it continues to meter fuel based on the fuel pressure to air pressure relationship.

bmw 2002 turbo 1971, 2 liter 150 hp stock ..... carb.

I could think of at least 30 cars I would rather own for the money he probly wants for that. Rare yes, would I want it NO!!!

I never seen a carbed car with a turbo, I tried doing a little research and from what I saw it wasnt that great.
