Cheating wife divorce question...

I got a question for u experienced ones.....My wife ran off witht he next door neighbor and is currently living there as of today......for me to get a divorce and not have take all my shit what do I have to do for some kind of evidence that will hold up in court that she is with this guy????

Fucker took the only working car too and wont give me the fucking keys so I have no ride for work or anything lol

if the title of the car is in your name call the police on her and report the car stolen...

Wont matter what she did as long as she doesnt break the law. Texas has "no fault divorce law". Get a lawyer soon.

There's been a few threads on this kinda thing...some blame the wife and some blame the guy she's fucking. Have you confronted the guy yet?

Yea the fucker just moved into town about 2 months ago.....I invited him over one night so hed have someone to chill with....well my fucking wife ate it up that he was wanting another kid and shit.......

So ur saying even with adultry she can still take half of everything I have in tx????

Yea he said he was wanting to tell me....he just fell in love with her or some shit......Im really resisting with everything i got not to fight him....I just kinda ingnore what he says....

Oh hell no....that pisses me off and it's not even happening to me. So he's screwing your wife and driving your car?? Dude you need to lay this guy out and put the fear of god into him...I usually don't say that but he deserves it.

Ask around about your local laws...from cops or lawyers. Even if you're married it doesn't sound right that she can take your car if it's in your name...especially if you owned it before you married her. She might get it if you divorce her but until then it's your car.

I seriously hope you're not saying he's driving your Camaro. PLEASE tell me you have another car. Seriously if its all in your name and tehy have the keys report it stolen. It will be a little weird saying "yeah its right next door" to the cops but still technically its stolen.

I dont know about you guys but I would blow my Trans Am up before I let my wife's new boyfriend that lives next door drive it.

Ditto, forgot about that part. I would do that NOW because Im sure he is probably telling her to do the same thing. If both your names are on the bank acct and she drains it there is NOTHING you can do. I would cancel all credit cards you have together too. If her and the new guy run up 10 grand in debt on a card thats in both your names then guess what... you'll be paying for that too.
