I saw all the online speculation about who it was with HIV, with the top 3 being:
1. Charlie Sheen
2. Orland Bloom
3. Leonardo DeCaprio
Who else but Sheen makes a habit of ordering up porn stars for a weekend of fun.

I believe if he did not notify any of his partners while knowing he was HIV positive he can be brought up on charges. There have been many cases of this.

Starts as a misdemeanor if does not notify becomes a felony if he transmits in California. But many states it's just a misdemeanor and several states have no laws against it.
