Carlisle Motel 6 pool party - part 1

Wow. Just got back to the hotel in Harrisburg from the pool party at the motel 6 in Carlisle. My wife Dina and I were happy to see everyone in such a good mood. We had a great time with the LS1.com crew and we had a few adult beverages to boot. I want to thank Walt for bringing the apple pie moonshine and to the other members for bringing all the booze that was consumed. I do not know how I am even posting this message. The pool took a beating as did Jodi. I don't know how many times she was thrown in the pool but it was a lot. I wonder if Dan ever got to see her breasticles and if Walt came back with a third jar of apple pie. I know we left too early but we had a 15 mile drive back to the hotel and the beers were going down way too easy. Dina and I had a great time and we are going back to the fairgrounds on Sunday to pick up Dina's trophy in the 2004 GTO class. She was one of three entries so I know she will get at least third place. Jodi, It was great drinking with you and I hope you make your flight. The entire weekend was a blast. Jeff was a great host and his T-Type Regal was a sweet, old school ride. I hope Carlisle and the Camaro group make up for next year so they have more people at the show. Well, thanks everybody. It was good to put a face to the screen names.

Nope. But I'm feeling a little water logged today, hungover and exhausted. Had a great time though.

You still were better off than Zach. Zapper hit it hard....and it came back and hit him twice as hard.

I have a really really awesome picture of Zapper, drunk by the pool. But I'll post it later.

It was great to meet you and your wife, Keith! Glad you enjoyed the shine and jerky! You missed the backstraps we grilled up later on.

true story. I suggested he go to a concert and roam the crowd, just to see how many groupies he could pick up.

Also, is Jodi the only one that took pictures? Post 'em up!

Looks like I missed out on all the fun last night. Still had a great time at the show and dinner on Friday was "Jesus tits awesome" (to borrow a phrase from our party leader, Dan). We have a great group of people on the site and it is always a good time when we are able to get together. Glad I could do my part to help make it happen.

It was a damn good time, Brah. My car ran great down and back with no real issues. A little more tuning to my Edelbrah carb and I should be good to go!

Very cool. The Regal ran great too, just had a slight off idle burble going on when holding a steady speed. Not sure what that is all about yet. Made almost 19 mpg going down and back from Beaver Springs. How'd the burnout sound?

It was a great time. Next year I am thinking we grill out for dinner the one night. Thoughts?
