Car electronics people enter

I bought a CB radio but they neglected to inform me that it doesnt have a power cable for use from a wall socket nor a car cig adapter! it has the 12 volt leads. Now, I want to be able to use it in the cig adapter, i dont want this hardwired anywhere, and i'd liek to have it in my home too. i have that adapter already, but i wanted to know if they make an adapter for the 12 volt cables to a cig adapter? if so what is it called and where can i find one? i searched google but i'm not gettin any results other then hordes of stereo pages etc.
