Talking Can't wait to see my Karma!

So I'm walking around work checking doors and come across a female wallet. I open it up to look for a ID and see about $30 dollars, Credit cards/debit cards, school ID's and even a Social security card I found her DL after about a minute of searching. As I exit the stairwell I see a group of about 10 people and ask for a Sankyouki Vang which one of the girls comes over asap. I ask her to check if she is missing anything and after a quick look notices her wallets missing so........I gave it back. Yeah I could have been a prick/bastard/asshole and kept it but I don't roll that way. Wonder what my Karma will be in the following weeks

    Sadly now demodded :(

    Good (or better) I hope.

An anecdote: I was in the Army from 1974 to 1978. I went home on leave for 30 days after AIT. I went to Hollywood (I'm an LA native) to party and had my pocket picked. The next day I freaked as I needed my ID as I was headed to Korea in a couple of weeks. Whomever did this must have seen the military ID. I got my wallet (less the $300 I had - big money in 1974) back in the mail (to my home address which was on my driver license) the day before I had to report to Travis AF base for duty in Korea.

My karma was good. I hope yours is as good.

Sucks about the money but replacing ID's and such is annoying and time consuming. Time = Money so..... Glad they had some type of morals and at least sent it to you.

Mr. Loyd Elliot send me my heads and intake back to me by accident before I finished paying the other $937.
I called him to let him know, shortly after I sent him the rest of the money.

I hope Karma comes to me in a good way.

While I was away from LS1...I went on spring break. To vegas no less, took a lot of your peoples advice. I partied for 4 days like no other. Anyways, day 1 I got insanley drunk. Like thank god I wrote my hotel and room number in permanent marker on my forearm drunk. Anyways, I wake up the next morning. Go straight to a club, well it was just a bar doing those hours, but still had the atmosphere. Ask if I want to pay cash or start a tab. I say tab. Go to look for credit card. Holy fucking shit, it's gone. Tossed room, nadda. Checked all clothes, nadda. Couldn't remember anywhere I went. I told my brother to check his room, all he remembered was me calling unintelligibly complaining that they werent serving me any more. Great. I was so fucked, then I thought to check lost and found at the casino. Omfg...someone turned it in. No charges made to it either. I was mind blown. Someone out there is a saint.

What happens in vegas definitely stays in vegas, I just wanted to say whoever recommended fantasy, thanks a lot for fucking telling me about audience involvement. They made me dance in front of everyone. And some guy yelled an offer I wasn't keen on hearing. kapish?

    I got one too

Few years ago I took my trans am to gas station/mechanic for a state inspection. I had a SES light cleared 3 days prior, but I pretty much failed because of SES light. I payed $37 because it failed and drove it around for a few days. No SES light so I felt confident to go back.

2nd try I failed again because of "System not ready". They didn't charge me because they felt bad. 3rd try a few days later I failed again. WTF???

I drove 100 miles out of my way to get the car tuned hoping that would help, come back for a 4th try and I passed. The guy still didn't charge me. Technically, I had to pay $37 for every time I come in. pass or fail, you have to pay. He only charged me once.

Because of his honest business, for years now I would go to him. Bring both of my cars, my parents car, and my sisters cars to him for inspections.

2 days ago I went there to get my mothers car inspected, but when I used my credit card to pay, he accidentally charged me $0.37 cents instead of $37. I didn't even notice until I got home and checked my online statement. Yesterday I went back to him and payed him the full amount.

    Karma has failed me.
I did something good for Loyd Elliot, in return I have made shitty pay this past few weeks.
I am a server at a restaurant so tips are a big part of it.

obd2 has what they call monitors. they monitor inputs from all sensors that are "reporting" to your vehicles computers. When you erase a code it resets the monitors too, deeming their inputs "incomplete". Therefore, you have to compete an entire drive cycle IE drive the car awhile to reset them again. Hence if you were to just erase a check engine light prior to an inspection, you still fail.
