Can't figure out what car this is

My youngest has been watching a lot of Elmo here lately. Here is a clip from one of the movies. What car is that?

It is a 1959 Buick and i would wager an Invicta.

Thanks for the help. It is a '59 Buick, but it must be custom. Because from what I have found they didn't make a 4 door convertible.
