Can you still buy used cars where you live?
All they seem to sell around here lately are "new" or "pre-owned" vehicles.

pre-owned is the same as used.... but at some stealerships around here "pre-owned" would mean its certified and inspected and whatnot.

There's a big Dodge dealership here that sells "brand new" and "brand used" cars
They say "why buy a brand new car when you can buy a brand spanking used car...." I hate that fucking place. I was looking at a 2001 Jeep Wrangler with 65k, lift, 35" tires, offroad lights etc. and they wanted $22,000!!!

Around here theres a gazillion used cars for sale. Pre owned is just a way that the stealerships can charge more for used cars.
