Can anyone look this VIN up??
Ok, don't burn me here. It's for my 67 Mustang. I'm just curious as to how it's spent it's 41yrs of life. I'd greatly appreciate it.
The VIN is:
7T01A129511

Har har har, Typical 18 yo trash talk. I'd put money on it that this car would beat you. I'm beating WS6's and I'm sure your car is spending it's life behind them, while my car is currently spending it's life IN FRONT of them. Seriously, I have respect for all cars and happen to get a good deal on this Mustang, and then built the engine myself. If you want to get into specifics about my car and yours. It's even worth more AND more powerful then your Z.
Ok, back to the original purpose of this thread. Can anyone look it up, or is there some huge sin about looking up a Mustang?

Relax man it was a joke. This is an LS1 site so you couldn't expect someone NOT to say it... I have equal respect for all cars if they can prove their worth. Sounds like a good set up... What kind of numbers you putting down? Still got the 289 in it? Also I'm no help on the VIN.

Alright, then I took that the wrong way. Just had guys burn like crazy and it's ridiculous as I'm through and through a Chevy guy and make that known to anybody that wants to come up and talk Ford. I tell them Ford is a living nightmare. Went out on a limb with this car to give the blue oval a chance, and well it's been a headache.
But no, this car is not the original 289. I just finished up a build not long ago on a fresh 351W that is currently tucked under the hood. As far as numbers... I'm not totally sure. My hope was to make an easy 300hp to the rear wheels... but I think I overshot that whooopsie. And with this car only weighing 2600lbs, it's alot. I'm debating taking all my hard work out and making it a stroker motor though. It wouldn't be completed till the end of next year though is the only problem. Upcoming deployment:/... Again!

Sounds sweet man! Good choice with the 351W... Aren't most internal 5.0 parts usable on it? Maybe I'm getting it mixed up with another engine, idk. Sucks about the deployment, but thank you for your service!

Yeah, I'm a jarhead...
I looked, it needs to be 81 or newer. So no worries.

Wow! That looks a lot like the '67 'stang I once owned.
It had a 390 and a C6 auto. It was fast. 40K miles in the year I owned it, only left the county twice.
