Camera broke, time for an upgrade.

Yep the barrel on my Canon Powershot A400 got stuck outside the camera last week. Even though I was able to get the barrel to go back in the camera (had to remove the case) the camera is now basically useless since all it captures now is blurred pics. Anyway I'm shopping for another camera and will probably go with another Canon. I have narrowed it down to three different models.

    Cliffnotes:

SD600: base model and cheapest of the three

SD630: More expensive then the 600 but comes with a 3inch LCD and the camera has more options

SD700IS: Most expensive of the three, smaller 2.5 LCD then what the SD630 comes with, has an extra 1X optical zoom, image stabilization, and a larger battery.

Should I go cheap and get the 600 or spend a little extra and get something better?

You're in the wrong place, man...We fix broken Camaros here, not broken Cameras....

Seriously...I'm in the market for a new SLR myself...Any thoughts/personal experience would be much appreciated...
