C5Z06 vs 03 cobra vs 93-95 viper rt

Ok I just sold my WS6 Spur of the moment and i miss her already........Later this summer(or next spring) i want to upgrade to one of the cars...20k budget... which one would you get? Which would you rather own?
To be honest I'm leaning toward the termi or viper but i will check out the z06....would love to hear your thoughts..........

Out of those 3 I would pick the Z06 becease your familar with the LS. That and a Vette is always a Vette. The Viper is a beast to live with but the sexiest. And the Cobra is nice but it is becoming yesterdays big thing kinda like our cars. For the kind of money your talking about I would buy a C6 instead.

the C5 ZO6 is by far the best of the 3 cars .. and has more performance than you can use on the streets ...

the terminator is similar in straight line speed to the c5z06, and you can get into the 500 rwhp territory extremely easy. However the c5z06 is an upper level car and the handling is STILL world class. The overall performance of the c5z06 is superior. THe powerband and gearing of the z06 is also amazing. The z06 makes the most out of the power it has, GM did really well with the whole package in this car. I wouldnt even consider the viper unless I was an old dude that planned on never driving it, or was retired, or was just collecting the car. Theres nothing that particular viper does better then either the ford or chevy in this case.

That being said, I'd take the terminator if only for the fact that 500+hp with just bolt ons is a beautiful thing. I'd get the vette if I lived in an all year warm weather climate.

Id go z06 followed VERY closely by the 03+ cobra. The viper will get you the "woah" factor though!

So in closing, I have no clue

Thanks for the input..That's interesting u say that about the viper.....the guys at the viper forum was saying it was really a drivers car and handled well....hmmmmmmm.... i see ur point about the z06 and termi however......

you'll hate yourself then if you did get an rt. Like going in a porsche dealership looking at 911's and driving out in a boxster.

hey man........the rt does have the same engine.....as the gts.....i see ur point but it's not like getting the boxster come on.......

Question would you guys wait three years if you could get a used gtr, f360, gallardo
cause at the rate i'm saving i could prolly get pretty close but it would take about another three years...............

Hell yah I would. And if you can't wait to go fast find yourself some ugly cheap foreign car with a v-8 to smash around in.

Where can you even get a viper for 20k? Quick look on craigslist and they're all $35k+ from 1995 up

I saw a Viper, blue with the white stripes for 30k last year. I was considering it. It's a viper after all, but the interior looks like shit imo, bad gas mileage, not familiar with it, not a z06.

I'll get the z06.

03-04 cobras are nice but it still a mustang... id go with zo6 vette are nice.. but id have to change the wheel cuz it make it look like old mans car with stock wheels imo.. viper well if you want to change exhaust on one better cough up 5gs to just to get the parts..

i wold say a viper.. but the newer models... the older ones.. nah..
the cobra is a great car,, but still a mustang like some1 else said..
the best choice would be the c5 zo6.. if youc ant get the zo6 i would get the cobra.
