    buyin a house

so got a little bored and couldnt sleep and decided to start lookin at houses, surprisingly i found a few that i can get in to in my area. now i have no idea what to even look at, a majority of these i'm lookin at are foreclosures, all are homes not appartments or townhomes or anything, nothin against em i just want a yard, garage for atleast one car and a back yard for a dog, maybe two. anyone know anything about these kinda houses?

i sugest you get that kit for $49.95 off that informercial that shows how to get houses for $232.93, or $193.39, or $129.82. that's even a better deal than forclosure, and then you can just sell them and make tons of money.

I'm just messin with ya. you seem to want a free lunch and there is no such thing. if somethin is cheap then there's a reason for it and you get what yuo pay for. like forclosure, i think it's cheaper but you can't get into it for years until lawsuits and other crap is settled.

i would think now more than ever may be a good time to get into a foreclosed home. with all the easy money of the last 2-3 years there was a huge increase in interest only loans and 0 down loans. so IMO a decent foreclosed home isnt as rare as it would have been in years past.

go to the county sheriff's office and ask about forclosures. it's free.

I'd do it but the secrete is out in this area...plus I can't afford houses around here.

Colorado is one of the leading states in foreclosures I believe. I'm going to be looking for a house here soon and was thinking about going that route myself.
