He starts by showing his ass and letting management/coaches know he does what he wants when he wants. That is TO. It will get old fast and his teammates will not care for it very very soon.

its a voluntary practice but he just doesnt know when to try and make himself look good. He doesnt have the luxury of skipping even voluntary practices. This team is his last chance and if i were him i'd be at every single workout/practice held. Just wait till he starts blasting trent edwards too. Everything is everyone elses fault for him being washed up

Yup, he needs to be going out of his way to make friends, and he continues to follow his own beat.

I would absolutely love it if they released him and no one ever signed him again. (won't happen)

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, he's cancer and screws up football teams. It's tried and true - he won't change.

This doesn't surprise me at all - just par for the course.

Guys chill out, it's a voluntary CONDITIONING activity...If you've ever seen TO you'd know he was a work-out freak. Nobody on the bills cares. Lee Evans wasn't there either, nobodies bitching about him not showing up.

Hell, even Edwards said he doesnt care because TO's always in amazing shape.

The team technically can't start inputting plays and such until OTAs after the draft anyways. The meetings are for film benefits. There's no practicing going on. At least not legally.

How many chances can the guy get before even the worst team says its not worth the drama. It's becoming a bad game of hot potato..

Yes it's a voluntary practice, but I'm guessing his teammates are expecting him to be a leader. The phrase lead by example comes to mind.

team, team, team ... sometimes being a part of a team is best.

As far as him relocating, what do you think he's doing ... renting a U-Haul and packing his own dishes?

Good luck with this one, guys. I predict a meltdown before the year is over.
