Another reason why I say Texas is one bad ass state...they just dont fuck around there..you do the crime...you get dead.

Here in Jersey these scum would stay alive in prison for 10-15 years before they get an appeal that would thake another 10 years and then be overturned for a life sentence.

On June 4, 1997, Rosales was in the process of committing burglary of a habitation when he entered the home of a 60-year-old female. Rosales claims he did not know she was home, and he was subsequently discovered while committing burglary. Rosales grabbed a kitchen knife from the victim's kitchen, stabbed her 137 times, and struck her with a hard object resulting in her death.

This is a part of my economic stimulus have a 50/50 raffle for who gets to shoot bastards like these. Half the money would go to the victims the other half to the winner of the raffle. So money plus get to shoot their ass. Bonus no tax dollars spent on keeping them alive for year at a cost of approx. 180,000 to 220,000 a year. My presidential campaign would rock.
