Okay players, what’s the best reply to this comment statement?

Setting: Me leaving a restaurant with some buddies when I run into my recently split EX-GF. She is there all done up with her girlfriends obviously for a night drinking and whoring around. I'm courteous to say hello and the ex introduces me to one of her "new" girlfriends.

EX GF: "hi, this is Kelly"

Kelly: "Hello, I've heard so much about you." (in a smart ass tone)

Me: (what’s my best reply?)

Note: I’m not really the a$$hole type and wouldn’t say something hateful but would like to say something very clever that would just get under shirt skin. On the lines of a back handed compliment. Oh and I’m not posting any pic’s sorry.
