best power adder
which is better in your opinion? and no NA is not an option and no you cant use 2 of them at the same time. if you could have only one with or without other engine mods what would u get. let cost not be a factor, just go by what u feel works the best.

Better in what scenario? Nothing is better than a turbo with a boost controller IMO. You can have a practically stock car, then turn up the boost and have an insane track machine, and either way you get to hear the spool.
If I have to list what I think, here it is
Bone stock everything = wet N2O
Upgraded injectors etc = dry N20
The poorer rich man's boost = centrifegal S/C or STS turbo
The better choice than that= maggie
Got $$$ and smarts? = GOOD front mount system
p.s. if you have a s/c and ARE NOT using a 50 shot or so to help cool it down, you aren't using it to it's full potential. Boost loves a little bit of nitrous cause it's so cold

Turbo...I hate slipping belts on blowers.
This is my signature. It is mine. Nobody else has one like it.

im surprised so many people love turbos on here
in all honesty neither is better. u can make a car run fast on either of them.
i said cost is not a factor... but i love nitrous caus its so fuckin cheap.
base nitrous kits are 500-600 base supercharger and turbo kits a 3000-4000
but if u got the money u can run all three! roots blower, turbo, nitrous!

I really have no preference.. obviously I love my nitrous but I dont like to fill my bottle. Also I wouldnt like having to kill my NA power before putting a power adder on either. With nitrous you can still run 11:1 compression ratio and a killer cam setup but the power adder isnt constant. With a supercharger you need to lower your compression and run a cam ground for the boost but you have a consistant power. With a turbo if you have already modded your car with headers and full exhaust then you have pretty much thrown that money away and unless its an STS system is generates alot of heat within your engine bay. All have downfalls but they also all have EXTREME advantages

I think it really depends on what car you're talking about too, theres too many variables. I do however really love positive displacement superchargers for ease of installation, power curve, huge power increase, reliability etc. What has the potential for most power? TURBO
