Brand names at those places are generally almost 50% cheaper than the GNC prices.

    What are your goals?

Getting regular protein, amino acids, and a multi-vitamin would probably be much more cost effective than that stuff.

i always hit up the vitamin shoppe. gnc has been running buy 1, get 1 half off so i've been buying up whey protein from them, but their prices are rather stupid.

GNC isnt bad if you pay your 10 bucks member fee and shop at the first week or the month and get the aditional discount, then its ok but still not cheap...

GNC is stupid buy online. There is a place around here called the nutriton company not to sure if they sell stuff online but there prices are half the price of GNC.

Pretty much...this hands down. Shipping is reasonable (look at the amount of stuff you can throw in a cart and the shipping will go up to like $10)

Plus majority of the time you can get a 10% discount if you search on the forums there as ppl will post the codes sometimes.

I like GNC for a few things but I started to transition to bodybuilding.com as I can get the EXACT same product insanely cheaper (even with the gold card/50% deals and so on).

I'd like to recommend an no2 supplement called supercharge. Thats what I use right now and its my favorite brand i've used so far.

I dont like muscle milk or monster milk because they add fat and sugar to it. Thats why it tastes good. For protein I like gaspari myofusion and bsn syntha 6
