    Best kept secret

Got my LS-1 1998 Z28 last night. It's an automatic, so wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but it came along at a great price. All stock except for a SLP lid, and a Borla exhaust.

I really didn't know what I was missing. Have been heavily into Chevelles for years, as well as other old musclecars. This sucker is a blast! The power is very seductive, and the ability to roll the throttle on through corners is awesome. It's like being on rails. Next best thing to a sport bike.

My only regret is that I waited so long...

I've got so many car vampires that I really can't afford to throw much money at it. Current stable includes a pro street '67 Chevelle project, two '69 Chevelles (one auto, one 4-speed). All Chevelles are modded big blocks. Also one 1987 Grand National. I'm thankful I have what I have, but no bucks left to feed them all.
