Yup...yesterday from 11am (at the beach) till midnight I had 6 beers and two full meals over 13 hours.
Worked out this morning....took my vitamins and minerals.....going back to the beach and do it all again. I look like a big lobster....Mama sez I gotta use sun block today...bullshit.....sea water is all I need. I am my own man. I run the show.
So I will be smeared with sunblock I guess.

I wish I could trust a womans advice.

Went to Florida in march about 3 years ago. Got to Daytona on the beach, spent 6 hours in the water, and another 5 or so walking around drinking, all the while my buddys woman was telling the two of us to put on sunscreen. We weren't red, why the hell would we need that? Yeah, that night, shivering under the covers at the hotel with the A/C on, pretty sure I had a mild case of sun poisioning. I wont do that again.
