is this about a debt that the guy with the spiders actually owes and he's jerking her around, or is it a bogus email where "jane" is trying to screw him? I'd be really weary of any kind of debt i'd supposedly have it was corresponded like that. They take care of things like that either over the phone or by filling at a form and credit card number. In both cases its still fuckin funny

That was funny. Reminds me of a man in England who got a picture of himself in his car, along with a court summons for money. The picture was taken by a speed/radar camera, so what he did was send them a picture of the check for the amount of the fine. They responded by sending him a picture of handcuffs, saying these would be on his wrists for real unless he paid. He paid then!
