Either Batman Begins or the Dark Knight for me...if Begins had the joker instead of the scarecrow guy it would've been a no brainer.

I can respect that, but the mike keaton batman was amazing I can't sleep on that.

LOL @ "the batman movie" with the original series cast and the powdered people!

I voted for Batman Returns b/c though i LOVED the first one, the second one picked up right after it and pushed it further. Tim Burton was a great director

Him as Batman was amazing or the movie? I think he was a great Batman and Jack was a great Joker...but they were both topped in the latest rendition IMO.

I dont expect many to agree on this, but im with TSS I liked Batman returns the best. That was just a great movie. Dark Knight is obviously my 2nd favorite. Besides Christian Bale, I think Michael Keaton was a great Batman and could have easily have done more then first 2 movies. Maybe not into the last 2, but at least Forever and batman and robin.

I thought he was an amazing batman and I also thought the movie was amazing. I think the ledger's joker did top jack's, but I'm not sure if keaton's batman was surpassed.

what pisses me off is that the first Keaton movie shows that Jack Napier [a young joker at the time] killed bruces family in the alleyway. They totally ignored that in the last 2 movies. I just HATE when movies feel the need to start over?? like the hulk...i mean, they allready made a hulk, and then they made another one...not a sequal, a fucking do-over.

So it's like the most recent movies are trying to say "oh, the first burton flicks weren't right, we're going to do them over"

i haven't seen the newest one... but i liked the first one the best... the other ones were based to much for kids... IMO they should have made them darker and a bit more violent...

that's what i DID like about the last one. It was more violent, joker was a terrorist, not a mobster, batman was pissed and agressive as hell

I never saw the Keaton ones, only the Kilmer, Clooney, and Bale ones, so I'd have to say Dark Knight.

keaton was the bad ass bat man... in the begining of the first one where the dude trys to run and he just back hand close lines the dude... it was bad ass!!!
