Bad Customer Service @ Cleveland Pick a Part

Has anyone ever called cleveland pull a part for Trans Am,Corvette,GTO,Camaro parts? Well one day i called for a transmission for a 2000 Trans Am transmission & they told me the only way the sell their transmissions are with the complete LS1 engine that doesnt make any sense if i only need a transmission not an engine, why do i gotta buy an extra engine? then a few days later i called for two front seats for a Camaro and they said they dont sell them like that they sell the entire interior(seats, console, carpet, dash, door panels etc.) Why do they have to be such dicks about every thing they sell everytime you ask for one thing you have to buy a shitload of things you dont need, everyting is overpriced also like for instance the rims especially the Corvette Z06 rims i do like the fact that they stock a wide variety of Camaro,Trans Am,GTO & Camaro parts but their pricing & customer service sucks

lol I've never been to a pick a part that had good customer service, especially on the phone, go there, flash some cash, they'll hook you up.

The only thing I bought from them was a used 06 rear center section for my GTO. I bought it from them off eBay. They were very helpful. But emailing them about body parts, different story. They will either wait weeks or will never respond. Makes me think they are going out of business. I don't know.

If you go and pull the parts off the vehicle yourself, you can get whatever you need. Done it plenty of times, from transmissions, to mirrors, to shifter knobs. If you want them to do it, that's where they'll only sell things together. They're just like a lot of other junkyards I've dealt with.
