Back to court again **update***

Well as many of you may know i had gotten a few tickets refer to this thread (http://www.ls1.com/forums/showthread.php?t=114187)now i go to court for a second time this afternoon in less then a half an hour. I will keep you updated on what happens when I get back~Chris

Just got back and the DA offered me, I need to admit that i am guilty and take 3 years probation with 2 points towards my license. My lawyer said fuck that, so I have a pretrial hearing next friday so we can see if we can get the DA to renegotiate again, if not we get a jury. Lawyer doesn't see it going past next friday.

Dude if you get probation you won't be able to go overseas....not good.

I asked the lawyer that same question and he said it wouldn't effect me.....maybe I should look into that more...

Oh well maybe it won't then...i've never been on probation so I dunno. I know a chic that's on probation and she has to met up with her probation officer now and then....and go to a few meetings. Hers isn't traffic related though.

Different kind of probation. Traffic probation probably just means you better not get another infraction in those 2 years.

That is correct. I had a speeding ticket. My lawyer got me 6 months probation and that it would not show up on my record. But basically it is that, you CANNOT get any kind of infraction during your probation or else you pay the full price of the violation and it goes on your record.

But you can go where ever the hell you want.

GL man. I hate F'n liars, and it's even worse when they're the people who are supposed to protect and serve.

One of my coworkers just got two speeding tickets and a warning in one stop (yes, two). Cop said he clocked him speeding, saw him run a stop sign and then pulled him over one block past the stop sign speeding again. ticket for speeding on each street and a warning for running the stop sign. WTF...

I just don't get it if you were doin 35 in a 35 he aint got shit. What his car is so fast he pulled you over before you can break the speed limit? come the fuck on
