Bachelor Party & Trip Suggestions
Myself (I'm 27 y/o) and my old roommate (30 y/o) have decided to try and do a joint bachelor party in Feb. '09 since we have many of the same friends. We felt it would be better for us, and for our friends financially to do one big party vs. 2 seperate parties.
My friend wants to do Denver, Colorado and make it a ski trip.
I'm wanting Vegas and go all out.
He claims doing to Denver will be economical and there will be a lot to do....I disagree. He is also against Vegas b/c he's been 4 times now, and 2 of those time were for bachlor parties. I've been once, and I was sick for half the trip so I'm ready to go back.
A few of my friends also say Vegas. No question.
Since it's going to be cold in Feb., about the only place we can go for th ebeach is south FL, and we both have decided we don't want to do that.
Please suggest what you would recommend.
We want to keep it semi-economical, but I'm open to about anything. We are thinking a 3 day weekend....1/2 the guys that will go have Fridays off. Perhaps 4 if we find such a deal.
All our friends drink alcohol, so this is a must. I heard if we got 1-2 expensive suites in vegas, we can call up a dealer to the room, tip him well, and let one of our guys keep the money vs. the house getting a huge cut....anyone know if this is true? I heard this is worth the money if you get a few guys willing to bet a few hundred bucks each.
We will be traveling out of Knoxville, TN

I know he has stayed there before. He claims vegas isn't as cheap as it once was. He feels good deals are not what they used to be, and clubs, drinks, food, and strippers are all expensive. He's never been to Denver before and wants to try it. I'm not 1/2 the skiing fan he is - hence me wanting to go somewhere else.
Anyone have another other city suggestion?

great things to do,
rent a viper or whatever and drive crazy in the desert, go to the gunshop or whatever its called and rent full auto weapons to shoot, niteclubs, gambling, strip clubs, hookers and checking out other hot spots.
one thing i learned about parties in vegas, not everybody wants to do the same thing. you cant make everybody happy.
also vegas is very reasonable price wise for a vacation
if possible delay the party for a month so you can hang out by the pool (best place to meet and hook up with women)
