B12 Injections...
Want to start doing that.
Along with the South Beach Diet.
Anybody do em? or know anybody that has?
Experiences would be appreciated and advice.

The closest thing I've got for you...
My mom takes a B12 shot twice a month because her Multiple Sclerosis creates a large deficiency and her body can't digest enough the normal way, so it needs to be injected right into the blood stream.

if you must...
me next to my girl. she's 5'7" and weighs 115lbs.
me behind my drumkit.
and me with my chick and my good friend jacob... he's 5'10" and weighs 120lbs...
next to them i look kinda big.
here's the belly i want to get rid of completely.

10lbs in 2 weeks. no injections.
plan to do altogether... 70-80lbs.
pretty drastic.

yea it's gonna be good for your body but it'll also be a bit of a shock. just keep up the hard work, throw around some weights to help shred the fat and build muscle up. eventually the weight loss will slow as your body gets more used to exercise and the muscle becomes bigger but it'll keep progressing. try some green tea supplements, i know that helps burn fat. keep up the hard work man and good luck!

Ok well as for B12 it is just a natural energy supplement and it's found in various foods. As for taking it to get bigger or buffer, no. Personally, the only reason you would really need it is if you're feeling sluggish or lacking normal NORMAL energy. If you want to get ripped you need to eat non-fattening foods and make sure you work out right after a meal. (Not every meal, but at least once a day.)
