Got dragged to it in 3D tonight.
Epic fail on the part of the capitalist pigs to not suggest diagonal drilling for the mineral under the tree or even relocating the tree on a res err dedicated peice of land. The american indians err Na'Vi might have gone for that with the budlight and blue jeans being the icing on the deal. Instead they get a lifetime supply of firewood.
Speaking of blue jeans, I'm gonna guess J. Cameron wears levis.
Halfway expeceted Papa Dragon there with his coffee mug in hand to blurt out a famous Robert Duvall napalm quote.
The film should garner 9 academy awards at least. It covered nearly all the hollywood bases cept a pair of queer Na'Vi. The unrelenting ant-capitalist environmental sermon has libs jacking off hard about the ending too I'm sure.

The movie trailers made it look like a liberal hollywood mess .. opressing someone else for goods, or as a real example, how they try to say we invaded iraq for oil ... fuckin pathetic. If i DO see it, it'll be for the graphics or special effects.

My friend saw it in IMAX 3D last night before we hung out.
He said that as a movie itself, it was about a 6.5/10... but the presentation was 10/10, and that that's what you should see it for.

Pewter- 2001 Camaro Z28 M6
has anyone seen a james cameron interviews????
cameron has stated in many interviews "THIS IS A MOVIE, JUST A MOVIE FOR ENTERTAINMENT, NOT A POLITCAL STATEMENT OF PAST OR CURRENT TIMEs"
some people come out of the movie, bitching about the political debuachery views, others complain that is a mix of dances with wolves+braveheart. Everything hollywood is a spin off of something that was already done. Avatar was a project 15years in the making..
too many are reading to deep into the movie to find something to bitch about... just enjoy the technology that was developed to create this movie.
The 3D camera technology that cameron assisted in developing, is and why we will be seeing 3D TVs, laptops, cell phones, etc.... Home theaters will start having stereo space, Z depth, hence why Panasonic has a 103" plasma that uses stereospace.

Everything coming out of the "congressional committee on the use of disposable income for entertainment department" heretofore known as "Hollywood" has some kind of librool agenda baked into it..... read your history books, influencing the opinions of the masses through seemingly innocent mass media is a tried and true method of getting what you want as a politician. I'm a total geek and cant' pass up seeing new tech in the theater so sadly J cams is getting my 15 bucks this time.... creepy blue aliens or not.

Suh is the man. Nebraska gonna miss that boy big times.....Texas has been number 1 in recruiting the past few years...we got some studs all red shirted the past 2 seasons....Mack Brown is a recruiting machine.....but yup...Suh played his way to the number 1 NFL pick that night...and Nebraska still lost.....one guy cannot do it all by himself...but he came close....Nebraska has no offense and next year looks worse for them.....OU/UT have reloaded and will be better next year...hell OSU reloaded....
