Auto Trader scam????
I've had my Z28 on auto trader for prolly a month now. Haven't got a single call on it.
I get a call today from someone who saw the ad and can "help me sell my car faster and for way more money" All he needs is for me to "help" him with his advertisement costs, to the tune of a low low-only-for-me-special-price of $350. (He claims to work with financing poor credit risk folks so they're willing to pay more.)
I told him I'd have to get back to him on that one. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. He gave me a website to check out, but I'm at work and don't have it on me.
Anyone ever had experience with this or heard of it? Is this a new scam or has it been around awhile?

Yeah, it was an 800, well 866 number. I returned the call thinking it was an interested buyer. Just assumed the buyer was calling me from work and gave me an 800 number.
