Man that sounds very familiar. I used to have a ton of Airchina students at my school. I had instructors that refused to teach them because of the unwanted stress. ATC can put them in a penalty area for being stupid, make them wait until the controller feels they learned there lesson, even with passengers aboard.
I remember many times when some of those guys would be on Solos not paying attention or understanding what ATC is telling them. ATC would get pissed off and make them wait outside there airspace until they decided to let them in.

anyways... bout them chinese ppl that cant speak english... reminds me of that "we are the world" video of the japanese people trying to sing in english. ugh i dont understand why its so hard to pronounce things in the english language for certain asian people
