It's funny to me that the only scenario you can think of is a "thug" being envious. Maybe he knows of and dislikes the person. Eitherway he's a pussy. If he did have a problem with the owner you need to confront them.... not key their car like a 16 year old girl.

Lol. I agree about being envious. It could be for any reason though really. The odds that someone who would committ such a dumb and foul act would even be associated with, or know, the person who owns that car is likely low.

Not really. Stupid people have been breeding out of proportion to their ability to support themselves forever. Used to be they'd die out some (lack of proper medicines and hygiene, famine, war etc) but these days (at least in the United States over the last 50 years or so) the government in it's infinite wisdom has dipped into our collective pockets (welfare, "War on Poverty" and all that) to ensure that they can continue to breed regardless.
