I deliver money right now...if that dude sprayed me with pepper I would've shot him. There's no telling what he would've done to the guard once the pepper took effect...which takes several seconds before it works. I'm not sure what the legal aspect of that would be but I know i'd be in fear for my life and he'd be a dead sum bish.
