    Question Anyone use NETFLIX?

Just wondering if anyone has used Netflix..and has had any problems with it?The reason I am asking is I just signed up two months ago,and I ordered three movies, sent them back, ordered three more, returnedthose three, and one week passed and they marked my account not received? It seems that we are in the hands of the postal service!!!Just wonder how many lost movies they will tolerate before they charge you up the *&^%$#@!!?

I've been using Netflix for well over a year now and never had a problem.

have you looked into Gameznflix? Essentially the same thing as Netflix except they're cheaper and also let you get games. They're not as big as Netflix yet but they recently signed a deal to be in every Circuit City so they're getting bigger. I hear they're turn around ratio is 2-4 days.

I think Blockbuster has an online thing too...but IMO blockbuster sucks.

My roommate has the Blockbuster mail account. This kid gets movies in the mail twice a week... watches them as soon as he gets them. I dont think he's ever had a problem. I wish I would have invested in NetFlix a yr ago. There stock doubled!

No problems, but selection limited, we eventually quit it.

I had it for about 3 years but dropped it last month. Their customer service sucks so bad! I started noticing that when I upgraded my account (which I did in the winter time since I'd be inside more often) it would start taking 3, 4, 5 days to get movies sent to me. I would drop the movies I was returning in the mail AT the Post Office's Main Distribution Center in the same city as the Netflix PO Box and they would wait 4 or 5 days to send out another movie. Recently there was a story on our local news about how they have all these formulas and shit on how many movies they will LET you have in a month. They base it on what subscription level you have and the cost of sending you each movie ($1.78 I believe) and if you start watching too many movies then they 'scale back' your viewing. That just plain out sucks in my opinion. I emailed them about this (before the news story) and they never got back to me. I was pretty explicit that I wanted a response or I was dropping their service. After 3 attempts with no response, I quit. MY .02 cents...

Get blockbuster online....they have different levels like Netflix does...but with blockbuster all levels get 4 free in store rentals a month, except the lowest 9.99 level can only get the 5-day in store rentals.

I have the 3 at a time for 19.99....with the free in store rental a week( I think it's 5 bucks a rental now) it's actually a really good deal

Thats the reason I went with Blockbuster. The 4 in-store rentals pays for the monthly fee.

I have netflix now, but im thinking about switching. The recycling of DVD's is a bit too inconsistent. I'm moving to FL in July so ill see if it improves then. If not, Blockbuster here I come. The one thing I like about both tho, is they almost always have the DVD im looking for. (I pretty much only rent anime from them). So the selection is impressive.

I read that same story. I was thinking about subscribing until then.
They screw their best customers (the ones who rent the most).
    So fuck 'em I say!
