Ignition Orange/Black- 2008 G8 GT, 98 Z28 383
Anyone seen this?
So I read this today. The new mustangs are getting a 15 HP bump. I thought ford would at least do a little better. The new camaro is going to eat it alive.

Yup. It did say they'll offer a factory-installed supercharger to bump it over 400 horses. Stock Camaro and Challenger category! w00t!
Sad. I like the car. First "modern" muscle car I ever rode in was my cousin's '99 Bullitt. Thought long and hard about jumping to the dark side and buying myself an 05+ GT when my Camaro got thrashed by that damn woman driving down the wrong side of the road, but I just couldn't bring myself to spend just as much or more on a newer car that couldn't keep up with it's previous generation's competition.
I badly wanted to see an actual nice Mustang come from the re-emergence of the muscle car wars, but I guess it won't happen.
Now one can only hope that Ford finally gets spanked in sales by the Camaro and Challenger so they finally wake up and build something that can compete with the LSX and Hemi. Doubtful though.

I like the way some of the mustangs look, and I love the 03-04 Cobras. I just couldn't see myself driving one. There are way too many of them on the road. The sad thing is, they will probably still sell a ton of them even though there is really no difference between the 05 and the 2010.
