Anyone preorder the Apple GodPhone today?

I just preordered mine today. I got the 32GB for the HD Video stuff. I'm excited with the possibilites I can make with the girlfriend now

I'm quite happy with my Droid. I can actually use my phone here (VZ). AT&T is pure shit around my area.

I am still thinking about it, I have a habit of buying new smart phones every 8 months....

BB 8830, BB 8330, BB 8350i, BB 8330, BB 8820, HTC HD2

Pretty much in that order, I had a cheap phone before the first blackberry and a really old blackberry before that.

Can't blame you there. If I had crappy service where I was I'd go with the best reception. I'd rock a droid in a heartbeat.

it comes out on my birthday...so i got a feeling my chic will get me one....i got the 3gs in november so im unsure how much its gonna cost to upgrade.

I forget what store has it, but you can trade your 3gs in for a $200 rebate... But you would be better off selling it.

i dropped mine once and scratched the back a little....i wonder how much the value depreciated cause of that.

nope, happy with my HTC EVO running android.. enjoying my 4g network with download speed of 6-9mb per second. dual cameras and video conferencing....

I like actually being on a network that gets reception and actually has the avaible speeds it advertises instead of just 10% of the area the network covers. So ill stick with my Droid.

Like I said before, I have 0 issues with dropped calls or slow service. Its far faster than tmobile was.

yeah that phone is insane for speed. I pre-ordered mine at Best Buy, was able to get it day of release. However their might be a recall as the touchscreen glass has been coming loose on some.

Its similiar to the some of the same issues the 1gen iphone had.

btw the kickstand on the evo is the best part. my phone is never laying on the camera or touchscreen

I could care less fonts looking prettier and the other stupid "advances" they added. I can't afford at&t nor do I like touch screen only phones

a limiting a factor on the Iphone is video conference is wifi only... then again not many would trust AT&Ts network. Best thing At&t could do is sell/dispose of their network and rent from verizon or sprint.

Also how come no hdmi out on the new iphone???

I'm not bashing the new iphone, all of the new smart phones are great phones and will be outdated in less then 6 months. However the tough competition only makes for a better market and choices for us the consumer

Apple is too stuck on the flush design of their phone. I'm sure if it was cheap enough the iphone wouldn't have a removeable sim card and the sync cord would be non existant.

I bought an audio/video cord for mine at walmart and can watch my movies and YouTube.....and since jailbreaking, I can now see everything that's on my phone on my tv screen.

Verizon and Sprint are both CDMA while AT&T is GSM.

Around Orlando, all providers are great. But get out where I grew up, Eustis/Mt Dora. Sprint sucks, TMobile is alright. AT&T is great and Verizon is great but pricey.
