I've had comalies and unleashed memories each since the day they were released.

too bad karmacode is so terrible... now they quality for watered down corporate garbage.

if swamped had never been on head bangers ball they would have never sold out to the mudvayne/static x/metallica sellout crowd.

Say what you will, but Metallica always has and always will kick ass.

As for Lacuna Coil, meh...never really got into them. Lead singer is incredibly hot though. To me Metal just isn't Metal without guitar solos.

And I hate the broken-glass screaming that every hardcore band is doing. you cannot understand it and it almost all sounds the same.

It seems that kids like that music for the attitude and identity it gives them, bc other than the hard chugging and repititive rifts (i play a lil), then it isn't music. It's screaming while trying out for the part of Satan (deep and guttural screaming. and more screaming.screaming, no singing anywhere, not even the chorus. Its re-fucking-diculous.

Of course, I love Pearl Jam, Alice-in Chains, Live, Deftones (hard but with actual singing), fuel, disturbed, soundgarden, audioslave, perfect circle, nin, metallica is ok (mostly like black album).

Man I hear ya on the screaming/growling/grunting thing. I just don't get into it much with the exception of Children of Bodom...and that's mainly because Alexi Laiho(however you spell his name) is a fucking mad-man on the guitar.

I'll stick to bands that sing and can play their instruments.

i also cant stand the current angry wuss "metalcore" crap thats out right now. anythin with the word core in it is lame. i used to really love mudvayne namely the l.d 50 album, back when they played real hard and heavy and not for the radio. they were like slipknot jr at one point if you could believe it. lacuna coil kicks ass but yes they ended up on headbangers ball, and headbangers ball sucks. metal heads get a one hour spot on music tv nowadays for one night and its all shit hardcore bands. that crap is not music and every song is about the same topic. and if the topic actually changed who would know, you cant understand the skinny lil prick screamin it anyways. i fuckin hate the sizextra small concert shirt, wrist band wearing, plugged ear, vintage shoe prick "core" people. give me slipknot,old metallica, old mudvayne, korn, old deftones, pantera, damageplan,megadeth, spineshank music.

yeah, pass out of existence is a great CD. as for korn, anything made before Issues, definately.

listened to the self titled on my way to the store this morning.
