Anyone ever have this problem with their IPod?
My ipod nano is completly frozen. It is paused in a song, the screen is lit up, and none of the reset directions are working. Any ideas on what I should do with this mess?

Nah, don't do that. Press the center button and Menu at the same time for several seconds. It will reset itself....
If it happens repeatedly take it back. They will give you a new one.
