Anyone else hate buying clothes

I got a promotion at work where I will be going from wearing a uniform every day to dress pants, shirt and tie. So sunday I went shopping with my girl to get what I needed which was pretty much everything. First off its hard enough finding my size but then I have to find something I like in my size. So I get a couple pairs of pants, a few shirts and ties. I figure I can order the rest online since I know the exact pants and shirts I want plus I have the correct size. Well the pants only have 2 other crappy colors no navy or kaki(sp) which are essential colors for dress pants, the shirts are on backorder till 11/5/07. This shit just pisses me off. /rant

Congrats on the promotion.... I hate shopping for them as well, and I just wear casual stuff.

depends on what kind of clothes im buying. if its dress clothes, i hate it with an unrelenting passion. but regular clothes, dont mind it at all. i think i have about 4 billion t shirts! lol

dude, i feel your pain. that shit sucks, i hate trying on clothes. I'm 6'4 and my legs are 5 1/2 feet long. so i can't find pants that fit good. pisses me the fuck off. i always end up leaving the store mad cuz i didnt feel like shoppin anymore. then i never get what i need and have to go back or somewhere else...

yeah...i haven't bought any clothes for about 3 years. wear the same 8 shirts and 3 pairs of pants, wouldn't have it any other way.

yea thats what i try to do, but i wear them out so fast. a decent pair of pants may last me a year and a half

i have seen one but i can't remember where. I fit into 34x34 pants most of the time, but they get snatched up so quick

I have enough to get by with but before it was no big deal because I always had to wear the same thing everyday so even if I wore the same pants/shirt for a couple days you would not know. Now you'll notice if I were black pants and a white shirt everyday, so i need at least 5 pants and 5 shirts then I will easly have atleast 10-12 different combos. Now i'm going to have waste another one of my days off shopping for f'in clothes.

Shopping is probably the most anoying thing that could've been created exept for maybe women...

I'm suposed to start a new job... it's a "uniform"...but I still need to buy a few pairs of shoes...and Ties...

Same problem i've been a 29 waist for a long ass time but I've put on some mass and am now a 30. I was looking for 29's but could find any so I tried a pair of 30's and they actually fit. I was pretty surprised.
