Anybody been Canoeing?
Went to the blue river today. Water was pretty low and me and some guys from work took it on.
Rapids were pretty killer since the water was low. Got my ass turned over 3 times and got the shit beat outta me by rocks.
My boss and his wife were behind me and clipped us and sent us over the rapids backwards taking out my knees and almost teeth hahahaha.
Anybody else been canoeing? After as much fun as I had today I think im ready to step it up and go white water rafting next year.
Any suggestions near KY?

I've canoed and kayaked several times, I live on the river...but only once white water rafted and that was in colorado on a big yellow inflatable. After that experience, you would never ever get me out there in a canoe on rapids. Screw that. Nothing funner than falling out out on the first set because they decide to put you all the way at the front, then playing plinco the rest of the way down.

We went on a church rafting trip at Erwin TN. I don't remeber the name. It was a guided tour. They have different classes of rafting (1 to 5). You can stay in cabins near by the river. They take you on a bus to the rapids and back. We all enjoyed it, we are going back next year.

I will never go in a canoe ever again. Kyacking is way more fun. Ive done it down rivers, down stairs, and down driveways. I get hurt everytime I once cut my toe off and needed 9 stitch's to re-attach. Great times.

I went white-water rafting last year.
I was as drunk as I've ever been.
You my friends don't know what a hangover is until you mix drank-too-much sickness with class 4 rapids...
