    any one know about stocks?

    whit the market being down i was looking at some stocks and whant to know if i get some stock of a compony and they get bought out what happens to my stock?

    well, my dad is suggesting a small percentage of my 401k be invested in energy funds bc of the impending oil spike this summer.
