Any fast food workers here?
I was wondering if their were any fast food workers here, or workers with just shitty part time jobs etc. Any chance you could post what you made last year. You could PM me if you'd like. I have no intentions of making fun of your incomes or anything of that nature.
Reason I am asking is in my current court case my baby momma is a registered nurse and only made $10,000 last year. I know she is understating her income. I am just looking for all the shit I can to make her look bad. I been looking up salary info for all kinda shitty jobs.

My shitty part time job paid $5.50 an hour, when the min.wage was $5.15/hr.
Only worked there a few months, but a years worth, assuming 40hrs/wk with 2 weeks vacation:
5.50x40x50 = $11,000
So yeah, an RN should make much more than that. Unless she just hardly works. Like, part-part-part time or something.

Well there is the RNs that work in a Docs office and the ones that go out to help older people at home.. The Rn came by took Moms BP, weight, and asked a bunch a questions , psychological day, year , stuff like that , she had a helper that did all the real "hand on" type stuff ...

an rn making 10k a year is the biggest crock of bullshit ever. Leave it to a woman to even try and claim that thats what they make and only a divorce court judge would fucking believe it. Hell theres probably SOME RN's that make 10k a MONTH

Wow 10k for the year as an RN, you got to be shitting me. Lets take a good look at that for a min
10k in one year that is
833 per month that is
192 per week that is
38 per day working 5 days a week
@ 7.25 per hr(federal min wadge) thats only 5hrs work a day wtf
My question would be why is she just working 12hrs a week as you say.
My guess is to make it look like she can't earn a good living and trying to screw you over with child support.. Is this the first year she is an RN, what did she make in the prevous years. You may want to try and show how much she made in the past years to now only making 10k and what is the reason for that.

You can request that she provide pay stubs and her previous years tax return to support her financial affidavit.

Yea guys, I got a lawyer.
We had to go to the FOC for a recommendation. That is the financial shit she provided. I know for fact that she worked at the hospital. They pay $27/hr starting out. She quit after a couple months. I don't know if she actually provided those paystubs from the hospital or what but FOC commented that the lowest percentile of RN's should gross $3617 a week . So I am hoping the judge will imput her at that income and forget this $17/hr bullshit she came with.
I actually have some of her family on my side and said they would testify for me.

My mother is a RN and makes damn close to 40 an hour with all kinds of cool perks.

Yea she is a rn... I even have copies of her license of the state website.
Hell with her income she could make that working at mcdonalds.
Yea man this shit is frustrating as hell. She is living below poverty level and somehow that's a-ok in their books. Drives me F'n nuts. I know they would not let me get away with some shit like that.
Keep tuned to cnn... Ya'll might see some shit going down... lol If you see news coverage with a trans am flying down the highway... It's me.... lolLast edited by knightryda01; 02-28-2010 at 08:41 PM.
