Any Corvette repair guys here ??

I have a question for you body repair guys...

I was hit from the rear yesterday in my Vette. I noticed the pillar at the rear between the doors and hatch is moved forward towards the front doors, more on the passenger side that the drivers side. And I also have a wider rear tire to fender gap on the drivers side and less gap on the passenger side.

Has the frame been bent and is it repairable on these Covettes ?

I can't help answer your question.... But what kind of car hit you and at what speed? were you stopped completely or what? details of wreck and pics of damage

sorry don't have pics... I forgot to take them last night.

I was completely stopped on the highway and he hit me at about 40 mph. I was a ford ranger pickup truck.

Let me add that he hit me hard enough for his arbag to deploy and messed all his front end... hood, grill, radiator and so on.

he was looking down for something according to his police statement. The car drives fine. I drove it to the dealership this morning.

Let me get this straight.....You took it to the dealership to get it repaired yet are asking us if it's repairable???

Wouldn't it have been better to ask THEM???

I'm looking a second opinion, thats all..... Well I just spoke with the shop foreman and was told they have "THE" best Corvette repair working for them. So we'll see how this goes.
