Just be simple if you really wanna try with her, don't try to get her number while she is working (most likely she'll fucking hate that) so don't try and write it on a napkin and slip it to her. So I say just be simple like your in eight grade again and just smile and be nice to her, make small talk kinda like "Long day?" while she gets your change or something. If she is into you then wait for a sign and next thing you know she might slip you her number when you least expect it...

Try being friendly first. Build up a rapport, then see if it can proceed. Normally, they will sense where it is going and give you a clue - good or bad - as to what your prospects are. Be patient.

Many many ways to go about this, I'm going to show you a few options and give the pros and cons of each

We are talking about a woman here and she isn't working the best job for multiple reasons (Always being hit on/Low pay/Bad hours/etc) So working this wild beast of a woman will be harder then the average street walker

Option A: Slip her you're number on the tip receipt or something similar

Pros: She now has you're number and knows you are interested in her.
Cons: This is the most over-played way to do it and kinda shows you don't have the balls to ask her out Man to Woman

Option B: Make this you're regular place to eat and try to have her as you're waitress as much as possible. Make small talk all the time!

Pros: You will both get to know each other and see if there is any magic that would lead you to believe a date would work. You won't seem like every other horn dog that walks through the door. Ask her out when you are comfortable and be polite and nice about it.

Cons: This way takes some time and can cost you some money. Time = Money so this costs a lot of money

Option C: After the end of you're meal, ask her out politely and in a non threating way.

Pros: Gets the shit right out of the way and saves you time/money.

Cons: This approach is second to the top of most over-played ways to do it. You may be the 3rd bastard to hit on her that DAY!

Either way, you are treading in harder then normal water to pick a woman up. Goodluck and God Speed!!

Dude, be honest with yourself first. Is your only goal here, some sex? If so, the kind of woman that will go for that is influenced by your looks and wallet - plain and simple. The dumb ones buy into the bullshit too. If that's your game, play it that way.

If you are after at a possible relationship, do NOT look at her like a piece of meat. The best way of figuring out another person's true colors is observing their interactions with others, especially the ones where they feel secure in their surroundings. Once you do that, you'll know whether it's worth proceeding or not. Wanna know a little secret? Not many women will hate you for being an animal-lover. That's almost a guaranteed way to start a conversation.

I'm sure I'll catch hell for this, but I think women warm up to a guy who isn't trying to bullshit them and shows some respect and class. At least the ones worth holding onto.
