Another Bird down

So on my way to pick up my younger brother from school, I was traveling on something like a feeder road. I came around a curve (not speeding) and as soon as the turn is over and I straighten out I see this blue Mazda protégé with maybe its bumper in my lane (left lane). So I move over with out braking to my right try to avoid it, because I figured it was just a person stopping late or something. Well now I was in the right lane and the car crosses the left one. So I knew there was going to be impact still trying to avoid it I am now on the shoulder traveling perpendicular to her. And she never saw me hit me right on my front tire kind of to my door. Good solid impact, both of my airbags deployed, I tried turning right, pulled the e-brake. Slid onto a curve broke my rim and such (rear passenger). Well my car stops I pull the key back, try to get the fuk out of there (lots of smoke and crap)took my belt off but door was a no go. Climbed out of the bust out driver window (I had my window up) I lifted the t-top doing so, then closed it lol. Ran over to her car she was out, crying saying sorry. I do the routine questions like “are you ok?” She tells me “no”…wtf “are you hurt”…”no”. Now im like “is anyone with you?”…”no”…so cops showed up one was a prick but after math, she got a ticket for not stopping at the stop sign, and I have a f’ed up 99Trans am.

Hears the map, i was coming from the north(top) going south. She was coming from the east(right) going west.

Keep in mind these are camer phone pics, and dont do justice:

Thats all i got at the moment. Her friend showed up and took some with her camera and is going to send them to me(so she said). I called her insurance, the ajusters is going to call me tomorrow at 8 so i will keep yal up dated. If i buy it back, how much should i buy it back for? And the engine was cammed, with 130k mile with 6spd how much can i get for these part?

thanks guys, idk if i want to get another f-body, i had it for like 3 weeks from the last wreck, and it was a reg ta about how much should i get?

Words cannot explain how sorry I am that this happened to you David.

Hopefully you can get back into an f-body asap or maybe this one can be fixed, just hope the frame isnt bent.

Thanks, well i had my hand on it already is the main reason. It didnt help much just slid, kinda dumb having abs but idk thats what i did lol

holy crap man! glad you're ok. i hope you can get the car back and salvage what you can. scary driver side impact for sure...

if you buy her back and decide to part her out, i'd be interested in your tailights and filler panel between them. i hope your insureance company works with you to make sure you are taken care of...

yeah, but people can heal-a car can't heal itself. This sucks so bad...that made me nautious looking at the car...what a dumb ass! i bet she was on her Cell-get your insurance to get her cell phone records. OMG, those rims looked expensive too, man! that car....oye...that's a shame. But yeah, i think 4k is a good price for the drivetrain.

did you say you climbed out of a ttop? which one...as i see the driver's window is non existant!

hears the update today. I told them yesterday i had i lil bruz on top of my elbow, really nothing. But they made a note just in case. so today they asked me again if im going to a doctor or what if it hurt( it didnt) i told them i dont think it is that bad, but they offered me 800 bucks, for pain and suffering. But incase it turned long term or whatever i could not sue them on it. I meant to ask yal first lol on if i should take it or not, but even if i didnt take it i would of not gone to the doctor. So bottom line i took it.

and i went to the wrecker place where they towed it to, they were dicks. Only let 2 of us in at a time, and couldnt even drive in. So i got what i could, papers, sub n box, ripped my amp out, shades lol, and the other crap i had in there.

How much should i buy it back for? i know they are going to ask me once they evaluate it.

I sure hope i can find someone that will give me 4k for the drivetrain. Yes i remember lifting the driver side t-top after i kneed on the seat, i could of poly fit without it but right after it stoped moving i was trying to open the door and b***h wouldnt budge, so i guess i kinda freaked out. There was smoke from the airbags i knew that was bad for me.

but i am not pressing any charges it was an accedent, she didnt mean to knock the $hit out of me. I just hope they dont cheap out on what my car is worth, or what they want to give me. I am thinking they are goingt to want quite a bit to buy it back tho.
