Another American Hero
This video is a remake of "Hero of War" by Rise Against. It was remade in honor of a courageous and selfless young man who I had the fortune to meet and help train at an exercise. I then deployed at the same time that he did.
I don't know you personal opinions on our current military operations but this young mad was involved in a very bad situation and stepped up when his county and brothers needed him. In a complex attack his assistant was wounded ultimately losing both eyes. Brad however re-grouped and went to try and recover another member of his team when he was killed.

Whatever my feelings about any war or operation, I can always seperate those thoughts from my admiration and support of the people out there doing the fighting... Don't blame the vets because they had to fight in a Vietnam...
